Time Management

 

The Time Management Module of GO! HealthSuite© was designed for organizations needing to track time
activities of their staff that may not necessarily be scheduled on a regular basis. This module allows
users to document billable and non-billable services as well as track potentially reimbursable items
such as mileage and tolls.

  

Time Management Module features include:

ü  Ability to create unique time sheets for unlimited number of employees

ü  Ability to track user defined services as well as user defined definitions of billable and non-billable with option to limit users ability to change status

ü  Ability to dynamically determine start and end of week based on user entering any date within the week

ü  Fully integrated with other GO! HealthSuite© modules

ü  Ability to track mileage and tolls

ü  Ability to capture and store scanned records/data

ü  Ability to automatically create Capitated Recurring Transactions (i.e. ALW monthly transactions) and release for billing once a predefined visit type is performed

ü  Ability to capture and track items requiring follow up

ü  Ability to document narrative and contact information within the system for future reference or billing backup documentation
