EDI Module

The EDI Module is a full-featured comprehensive Module that interfaces with the GO! HealthSuite© of applications.  The GO! EDI Module works in conjunction with 3rd party EDI software enabling you to exchange information  between  the GO! HealthSuite© of applications and your EDI  trading partners
without having to input the data manually. This reduces errors in the exchange of business transactions, reduces labor costs, and improves response time.  The GO! EDI Module sends data via the Internet in a safe, secure and cost effective way.

EDI Module features include:

ü  The EDI Module archives sent files in the Module Log and sorts by date sent and pre-defined export name.  Each log includes attachments of the original EDI files.  Each log record will have a status of OPEN (ready to send), Processed (sent), Accepted or Rejected (based on 997 response file)

ü  The EDI Module offers unlimited flexibility and extensive configuration options.  Export Rules and Export Layouts can be configured to pull data from all the GO! HealthSuite© modules and manipulate the data to fit any billing format.

ü  The EDI translator is used to exchange documents using the ANSI X12, EDIFACT or HIPAA EDI standards.

ü  Data is translated into a standard EDI format and the files are stored in a shared drive.

ü  Data files can be sent via the internet, Procomm or other communication protocol.

ü  Rules can be added to validate and lookup data to multiple GO! data sources or external data sources.

ü  The EDI Module supports the most common formats including 834, 837 and others
