Billing Module

The Billing Module of GO! HealthSuite© is a fully integrated Billing database with standard interface to Time Management and Scheduling Modules. This Module merges data from the various GO! HealthSuite© Modules and allows for the Billing and tracking of Payments. Including generation of standard HCFA 1500 claim.

Billing Module features include:

ü  Ability to process Bills individually by Carrier, Group, or Customer

ü  Ability to view Unbilled, Processed and Billed Records with drill down capability down to the detailed record

ü  Ability to view open A/R in multiple aging categories

ü  Drill down capability down to the detail record

ü  Live access to A/R data without the need for report generation

ü  Aging by Service and/or Bill Dates

ü  Option for Electronic Remittance Posting to eliminate need for individual transaction cash posting

ü  Ability to attach documents such as EOB’s or Remittance files for electronic record keeping

ü  Drill down capability to detail records

Reporting features:

ü  Access to all essential data live, without the need for running reports

ü  Drill down capability to all detailed data

ü  Utilization information in multiple formats including By Payor, By Month, By Customer etc.
