Assessment Module

The GO! Assessment Module enables users and staff to enter client Assessments of multiple types by using a user-friendly, click-enabled wizard designed to greatly reduce the time to enter and complete the Assessment forms.  The Module converts the data entered in the wizard into a standard PDF printable document that meets all the standards of local, state and federal agencies.

The Assessment Module is a portable module that enables users to load Assessments in laptops or tablet PCs, and
allows them to enter patient assessments remotely without the need for connectivity.  This functionality uses the
replication capabilities of Lotus Notes to allow users to replicate data to and from the Server once connectivity is reestablished.

The Assessment Module incorporates the following Assessment instrument formats, including PDF printing capability.

Assessment Module features include:

ü  Ability to distinguish between pending assessments and assessments that are locked, as well as assessment type.

ü  User-friendly navigation to help users find the right type of assessment by status, date and program

ü  Ability to enter assessment data of various types into the system quickly and error-free.

ü  User-friendly navigation to help users enter data.

ü  Ability to save & close the assessment for later completion in the event that the user cannot complete the assessment or is missing information.

ü  User pre-defined Edit Check functionality to scan the assessment for missing data
